keeping husband out of the house

Divorce - General

my husband has been having an affair for six years. i found out and he could not give her up for over five months of my suffering. he finally chose her and left the country. but now it did not work and he is coming back. my biggest fear is that he will one day come into this home and refuse to leave. in my state, i cannot kick him out. has anyone had a similar experience? i also cannot legally change the locks, unless he establishes another semi-permanent place to live. to make matters worse he is mentally unstable now that he has given up the mistress (but too late for me) and want to reconcile! anyone out there with ideas???
